Caitlyn Obolsky , Legal Intern

Caitlyn Obolsky is finishing her first year at University of San Diego. She is interested in various aspects of property law, including especially the environment. Prior to attending law school she taught English language and grammar to grade students at a tutoring center in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a member of the USD Environmental Law Society, as well as Vice-President of the Jewish Law Student Association, and member of the USD Runner's club (with whom she is currently training for her first marathon). She received her B.S. from Santa Clara University in Political Science.

 

Craig Boehr, Legal Intern

Craig Boehr is currently a first-year student at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he is a member of the Environmental Law Society. Prior to law school, Craig worked as a legal assistant in Santa Barbara and Washington D.C. firms, where he gained valuable insight into the legal profession by working in litigation, personal injury, and estate planning departments. While in our nation’s capital, Craig was also a congressional intern for United States Senator Dianne Feinstein, and had the opportunity to focus on environmental and energy issues. Craig looks forward to expanding his interest in environmental law at Coastkeeper. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley.

 

Michael Favale, Legal Intern

Michael Favale is currently finishing his final year of law school at California Western School of Law. While in school Michael has developed a focus in environmental and property law. Michael spent his two previous summers clerking at the United States Coast Guard and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. At Coastkeeper, Michael is currently researching wetland protection measures implemented in Carlsbad. Michael received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.
