While all lessons and materials are free to access and use for teachers within San Diego Unified School District, we require the form to be completed so we can track distribution and follow up with requests for feedback in order to make improvements and updates to the curriculum. Once you have filled out the form, a Project SWELL administrator will email all requested lesson plans to you directly.
